Great location

We loved the place, it was easy to use the app for opening the apartment/ lovely location to center of Madrid... only thing would be is that when the hot water only stayed hot when at a lower pressure... wasn't bad at all, just a long wait time for the jacuzzi 🤗 thanks again!

Melissa & the team were very easy to deal with. Arranging an early check in & good handover. Shampoo etc were lovely little touches. Very clean & comfortable No natural light due to being a ground floor, internal apartment so quite dark. Brighter lighting would help.

Great place in a great location for our family

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great quiet location but a short walk to the metro. We liked having the kitchen as well as we ordered in a few nights. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend to any other small families heading to Madrid.

Great location with several issues

My husband and I stayed at this property 40 days. It is very well located, near a metro station, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. However, the apartment is in an interior ground floor and has NO natural light at all. This was not indicated in the listing and we only found this out when we arrived and had already prepaid the full stay. So, if you feel you need natural light in your life, this is not the apartment for you. A word of warning: if you do decide to rent this apartment, make sure they give you an emergency phone number. They did not do so in our case, and we came home one night at 12 pm to discover that our keys did not work and we had been locked out! Their office is only open from 10:30 am to 11 pm and we had nowhere to call. We finally solved this situation by calling the cleaning lady in the middle of the night and she kindly opened the apartment door for us, but this would never have happened had they provided an emergency phone from the start. We would not stay at this apartment again due to many issues, big and small, we had while there, but in particular due to the lack of natural light.
