  • Fantastic apartment—very bright and quiet—located just 50 metres from Plaza Santa Ana and 100 metres from Puerta del Sol. It features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 half-bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room. The apartment also features heating, air conditioning, and high-speed internet with free Wi-Fi.

    Many of Madrid’s main tourist attractions are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. It is located in a prime part of the city, 50 metres from Plaza Santa Ana, 150 metres from Puerta del Sol, and 300 metres from Plaza Mayor. The apartment is very bright and quiet, located at 11 Núñez de Arce Street. It is very bright because it is on the 4th floor, has an lift, and all rooms face the outside. This area is ideal for tapas, architecture, and theatre.
