The apartment is very quiet and located in a stately building, making it an ideal place to call home during your stay in Madrid. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a functional and welcoming space.

Right in front is the IE Business School, so it is an ideal place to stay while you carry out your training.

Also close to the exit for the A2 motorway and Paseo de La Castellana, so it is also a great place to move around with the car. Private parking a few meters away, Parking Indigo María de Molina in Calle María de Molina 48.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
