Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio attic is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Great location with clean and confortable aparments.

Very well organized and the communication throughout WhatsApp was great. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. The building has a lot a signs that helps you to get around. I always felt safe in the building. I wish they had a better AC. The last night it stopped working and it was not confortable to sleep. Madrid can get very hot in the summer, and the AC becomes a must.

Although all communication with the staff was digital

Such a cool, clean, refurbished historical building with a great location! Need to have a system to where people who arrive early to Madrid are able to store the bags more efficiently at a more affordable price. The stress of arriving with baggage in the morning and waiting till 3:00 to be able to check in with all that luggage is irritating. This has nothing to do with Cava Baja Suites alone. Just apartment rental in general in the city. Perhaps if Cava develops a better system for this issue it will rise above the competition…

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Praktisch eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung in einer zentralen Lage, ohne dass es laut war. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und haben schnell helfen können. Nur ein Schneidebrett in den Küche wäre praktisch. Ansonsten super! 👍

Volveremos sin dudarlo. El trato, la comunicación y las facilidades que nos han dado para hacer más cómoda nuestra estancia han sido fantásticas. A pesar de estar tan céntrico nada de ruidos. Los colchones y almohadas muy cómodas. La ubicación, mejor imposible, la calle tiene muchas tascas de tapeo, el famoso casa Lucio y a pocos minutos andando el Palacio Real, la puerta del Sol, la plaza Mayor y los museos. Si, como en mi caso, viajan con PMR, a 5 minutos está la ortopedia Ortoplaza,( personal amabilisimo) que alquilan sillas de baño y grúa si fuera necesario. Los baños amplios y hemos podido usar la ducha con silla de baño. Y además, como detalle de bienvenida nos dejaron unos obsequios, riquisimos.Magnífica experiencia y de verdad MUY RRECOMENDABLE estos apartamentos. GRACIAS

La ubicación es excelente, a un paso de la Plaza Mayor y de los principales puntos turísticos. Está decorado con muy buen gusto. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema. Llegamos y encontramos unos bomboncitos, agua, café y un champain. Te dejan azúcar, aceite, sal, papel higiénico, etc, es decir, todo lo que necesitás para no salir corriendo al supermercado ni bien llegás. La única sugerencia que les haría es agregar espacio de almacenamiento, como algún ropero o cajones para guardar la ropa.
