Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Great place to stay in Madrid

Great place to stay in Madrid. Had everything our family needed for a few days trip. The apartment is newly refurbished and very clean, super helpful host. And the location is the best! Right in the centre of Madrid, easy walking distance to all the sites, and just off the main road, so nice and quiet at night.

The apartment was very clean, bigger than expected and when you walked in, it felt like a sweet little home. The location was very central and yet it was very quiet in the apartment due to the small side street and well-insulated windows. The hosts were always available and very nice.

Todo. El apartamento esta muy limpio y cuidado. No le falta ningun detalle para hacerte sentir como en casa. We had an amazing stay at Cavabaja Suites! The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. The property itself is beautiful, stylish and very well maintained. Check-in was seamless, and we were impressed with the efficiency and warmth of the process. Skønt sted at bo, hvis man gerne vil have lidt fred og alligevel være tæt på alting.

Fantastik beliggenhed og virkelig dejlig lejlighed der er nyrenoveret. Moderne og så alligevel meget charmerende. Vi havde stor gavn af informationer sendt til os før opholdet og følte os “set” at Raquel, der var i jævnlig kontakt med os på WhatsApp. God rum udnyttelse og fine køkken faciliteter. Fredelige omgivelser og så bor man alligevellige midt i et område, med masser af lokal atmosfære og et stort udbud af spisesteder, barer og butikker. I gåafstand til mange attraktioner feks Palacio Real. Vi håber at kunne komme tilbage til Madrid og denne lejlighed. -

Thank you very much! We loved the apartment. We would definitely stay with you again! The welcome was lovely, the wine, chocolates and water were a great suprise. It was very easy to check in and get into the apartment. The organising of a taxi is very helpful. La Latina is my favourite area of Madrid, so much to do in walking distance. We love Madrid and we will look to return again!

CavaBajaSuites es un estupendo apartamento para pasar unos días en Madrid. Muy bien situado, en el corazón del Madrid de los Austrias. Calle con historia y mucho ambiente. Edificio y apartamentos recién reformados. El Metro se encuentra a 2 min para poder moverte a cualquier rincón. Llegada automática muy cómoda y la atención de Raquel excepcional durante toda la estancia. El apartamento limpio y con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Sin duda repetiríamos (y repetiremos) nuestra elección. Están trabajando para ofrecer servicio de consigna. Sin embargo, ofrecen un descuento en un sitio cercano.

La localización es perfecta, cerca de todo lo que quieres ver en Madrid en una visita de 3 días. Apartamento nuevo, limpio y con unos detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen mucho. Lo mas destacable la relación con los anfritiones antes, durante y después de la estancia. En nuestro caso nos tocó Raquel y fué una maravilla, ayudándonos en todo en todo momento. Nada, estuvo todo perfecto.
