This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Located in a vibrant and hip part of the city with lots fabulous restaurants and shops around. A big theatre and a huge gym are close by as well as the Metro station (La Latina) for easy access to all of Madrid. This apartment is a gem - impeccably clean, equipped with everything, beautifully decorated and has a modern and spacious bathroom. Despite the constant activity, the apartment is quiet and enjoyable.

Fue mi primera vez en Madrid, al llegar ya tenia toda la informacion de entrada al lugar y Elena siempre estuvo atenta el dia de entrada para ayudarme con cualquier percanse (aunquen o los hubo). Entre al departamento y el lugar estaba respladeciente, super limpio, la cama y las toallas riquisimas e incluso me dejaron regalitos para tomar cafecito, te y algunos snacks. La ubicacion es perfecta, estaba muy cerquita de mercado San Miguel y la Plaza Mayor de Madrid. Definitivamente les recomiendo el servicio con los ojos cerrados, deseo que todos vivan esta experiencia maravillosa. Todo estuvo perfecto.
