Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Beautiful little apartment! The neighbourhood is wonderful, and surprisingly quiet at night. Our host was very responsive and kind. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is superb - 2 minutes to metro station “La Latina”, walking distance to Plaza Mayor, and just around the corner there is a street with tavernas in every door. I recently stayed at Cava Baja Suites, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional — the staff “Raquel” was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better! It was situated right in the heart of everything, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk away.
