Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Really nice, we will for sure repeat stay

Nice and modern place in the best possible location in Madrid. Team was whole time available for anything we needed. Very clean, nice heating for winter, really top! We had an apartment with a bed and a sleeping couch. Ok for 2 adults and a kid till 12-13 years old. More can be uncomfortable

The unit was extremely well located, clean, new and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was a little hard to figure out how to get in late at night, but the staff was attentive and helped us figure it out.

The location was perfect - quiet street but super close to HEAPS of restaurants and bars César was very attentive and helpful during our stay. If I’m ever in Madrid again I would 1000% stay here ❤️

We would definitely stay here again next we travel here.

The location was perfect, the neighborhood felt very safe and it was around a lot of different restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony. It was very clean, and we had plenty of toiletries, towels and were welcomed with a bottle of champagne! There is nothing negative about our experience. Staff was very welcoming, patient and helpful in every way.

Me sorprendió muchísimo lo bien atendido que está por parte del personal, siempre atentos a cada duda, la ubicación es fantástica, las ventanas aíslan el ruido que puede haber en el barrio. Todo el mobiliario nuevo, la cama grande y el sofá cama muy cómodo. En la cocina hay de todo un poco para poder cocinar, aunque nosotros no la usamos. Te dejan unos detallitos que son de agradecer🫶🏼. Sin duda en cuanto surja la oportunidad volveremos a confiar en cava baja suites. Todo muy bien

This place is AMAZING! Raquel, the Guest Relations Manager is fantastic and provided great information. Accessing the apt was easy, everything was just like in the photos and video. The location was SUPER! Handy to everything! They even helped with booking a taxi and left some goodies in the fridge for us. We will definitely stay again. 最高のロケーションとホテル施設が最高でした！これ以上ないと言えるような立地でマヨエール広場も目と鼻の先です。ホテルの前は飲食店が多く立ち並んでいますが、うるさくありません。中心街なので特に夜も安全でそうした点が安心感をもたらしてくれます。設備も清潔で必要なものは全て揃っていて快適でした、ホストも親切で又マドリードに行く際はここを拠点にしたい、そう思えるホテルで最高でした！ ありません！完璧です！

Апартаменти в дуже зручному та атмосферному місці, усе поруч і водночас спокійно. Спілкування з власником було надзвичайно приємним: усе чітко, швидко та з турботою. Приємним сюрпризом стали цукерки та шампанське 🥂 Заселення організували якомога раніше, також дозволили зачекати в квартирі або залишити речі, це було дуже зручно. Щиро рекомендую! Єдиний момент, що в квартирі досить мало світла, але загальне враження це не зіпсувало 🙂
