Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Es el lugar perfecto para explorar Madrid, con un ambiente lleno de vida y una energía increíble. El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos: bonito, limpio y muy bien cuidado. Nos sorprendió lo tranquilo que es a pesar de estar en una de las zonas más animadas de la ciudad. La cama era muy cómoda y el baño impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable. Estás a un paso de todo lo que La Latina tiene para ofrecer: bares de tapas, restaurantes con terrazas encantadoras y tiendas únicas. Además, se puede ir andando a muchos de los puntos de interés principales como la Plaza Mayor y el Palacio Real. Raquel fue muy atenta y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. Nos dio consejos excelentes. Su hospitalidad hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid. ¡Lo recomendamos al 100%!
