Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Esta todo perfecto. La ubicación: cerca de todo, centro, parada de metro (La Latina), unos lockers por si necesitas dejar las maletas el dia de la salida, supermercados, restaurantes,.. El trato del personal: aunque es todo por WhatsApp nos sentimos atendidos en todo momento, te avisan con antelación de las claves e instrucciones de acceso, responden de inmediato a cualquier duda que tengas,... El apartamento: tenía todo lo necesario que puedas necesitar, recién reformado, cocina completa (cafetera, tostadora, exprimidor, microondas, plancha,...ademas estaba super limpio, y tienes un kid bienvenida (cava y trufas de chocolate) que te sorprende. Nada. Todo fue genial.

Struttura centralissima a due passi dai punti principale della città e dallla fermata della metro ( a piedi in traslata si raggiunge tutto) . Raquel ci ha contattato qualche giorno prima della partenza , rendendosi disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e spiegandoci tutti i particolari della struttura . Consiglio di prenotare il taxi tramite i contatti della struttura, efficienti e a prezzi più bassi. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto, microonde , phon, macchina del caffè, detergenti per il bagno, shampoo e doccia schiuma. E’ possibile cucinare nella struttura , dotata di piano a induzione , piatti , bicchieri e pentolame. Al nostro arrivo , in tarda serata , abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto , molto gradito vista l’ora tarda. Erano presenti alcune cialde per il caffè , delle bustine di the, sufficiente per le prime giornate di soggiorno . Si consiglia assolutamente Nulla

El espacio es increíble, la amabilidad de los huéspedes y la facilidad de movilidad que tiene el espacio, la ubicación es excelente.todo está perfecto, tienes saliendo todo bien cerca. Il check in in autonomia é stato davvero semplice. Lo spazio perfetto per 4 persone e l’appartamento super pulito! Ma la posizione é il valore aggiunto di Cava Baja suites: in un punto strategico del quartiere la Latina, a due passi dalla metro e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Gran Via e da Plaza Major! Ci siamo sempre sentite al sicuro, il posto è super tranquillo, ci ritornerei assolutamente! Tutto perfetto

L’ambiente è molto curato, con tutti i comfort per una famiglia. Pulito e in una posizione perfetta: vicinissima al centro ma silenziosa. L’accesso è sicuro. Das Self Check in hat problemlos funktioniert!

Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und hat sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Lage vom Apartment war spitze, man konnte überall schnell von dort zu zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten hinkommen. Ich kann das nur empfehlen, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Liebe Grüße Andreas
