Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

The location is fantastic. There are numerous lovely tapas bars on the same street and the excellent San Miguel Market is a few minutes walk away. The studio apartment was very comfortable with a large bed, large sofa bed, kitchen and great bathroom. Self check in was straightforward and there was welcome cava, chocolates and water in the fridge! Thank you. It felt very safe, private and secure. We had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Nothing

I had a pleasant time and will stay here again next time.

The landlord gave me the password in advance and I entered the room before 12:30. The location was very convenient and the transportation was easy. I could walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid. There were good restaurants and gelato nearby. The water, chocolate and wine in the refrigerator were all provided for free. Since I only stayed for one night, I only drank a bottle of water and left the rest for the next guest. None

De ligging in de wijk la Latina was fantastisch. Midden in een gezellige buurt met leuke cafeetjes, terrassen en relatief dichtbij de metro en bezienswaardigheden. Goede uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan Madrid. leuke attentie bij aankomst in de vorm van fles lekkere cava met bonbons. Beperkt licht van buiten zonder dat dit vermeld was.

Quienes realmente se preocuparon por mí fueron Raquel y Don César: no solo me brindaron comprension y ayuda, sino que se tomaron el tiempo de hacer múltiples llamadas, hacer seguimiento al caso e incluso presionar a la aerolínea para que cumpliera con lo establecido.
