We had a very nice stay at Casual Del Teatro Madrid. The staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful, which made us feel welcome from the start. Our room had a large balcony with a great view, and it was a real highlight of the stay — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is well located and comfortable, and overall it was a great experience. We would happily stay here again.

Double rooms at the back away from the road are quiet but small! But they are adequate and the bed was very comfortable which is the most important thing. The bathroom was quite spacious although there was no shelf or anywhere to put anything in there. The shower was however great - lovely and hot!

Funky and cool!

The staff was super nice. We came in really late and they gave us an upgraded room. They even had pastries from La Mallorquina waiting for us in our room. Really nice touch. Great location.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city where you can find many dining options, shop and enjoy all the attractions. Room was clean with everything you need, but a bit small for four people. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Elevator was small and slow, but it didn’t affect our experience. Given this is a two star hotel in the centre of Madrid it was excellent, all rooms are decorated differently based on shows just made it a great place to stay. We will be going back next year

Hotel is in a great location and rooms are pretty big for Europe. Bathroom has nice closed shower. Front desk was so nice to us. Only issue was that the shower did not drain properly and toilet seat kept closing on my back. Also no safes in room. But enjoyed the stay and location was awesome. Great value for price!
