Recently reformed partially: air conditioning, Wifi,.. all the amenities in the center of Madrid The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building WITHOUT ELEVATOR but the staircase is comfortable.

The apartment includes:

* A living room with a modern, warm and functional decoration, with a very comfortable sofa, a 40 'TV and balcony to the street.

* The kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home, including ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and oven, capsule coffee maker

* 1 room with a very comfortable bed, with wardrobe and dresser.

* A bathroom with very stylish shower

* Air conditioning in living room and room

* Heating

* Of course, there is Wi-Fi in the apartment, with the router inside (no shared network)

During your stay we provide TOWELS and BED LINEN. you will find iron and everything you need for a pleasant stay, if you think something is missing, we will be happy to have your feedback in order to continue improving the apartment.

One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided. If more are required, there will be a charge of 10 euros per set.



SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT (In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty).
