Absolutely unbeatable location!!! Walking distance from all sites, metro stations, shopping, grocery and about a 100 restaurants of all creeds. Clean, nice studios own your own. Come and go as you please. Ample breakfast on-site if you so choose. Spaniards don't sleep and you can hear that at 3am from the narrow street below.

A few operations hiccups and team responded expeditiously. Location is perfect we never once took a train. All sites within walking distance and shopping. Great restaurants nearby. Try Cuban restaurant La Negra Tomasa where locals frequent, they have live Cuban music.there are many prefix lunch menu options within walking distance of hotel. I recommend highly!

The apartment is small. The shower is really small and uncomfortable to shower. They have a kitchen but we didn't use it. We prefer go to eat. We enjoyed having a breakfast. For 3 days the place is great. For longest staying I will find different places. The TV never connected, but we didn't care.

Best part about the hotel is its location. Walkable to multiple popular plazas and tourist attractions. Check in was smooth. There is no reception desk so everything has to be done via the mobile app but it worked fine for us. What we didnt like so much is that our second floor room was very noisy all night with people and vehicles on the street. The hotel gives you free earbuds upon arrival which means others notice it too. There is not much of a view from the window or balcony either. For the price, I expected a better looking hotel building from the outside.

Really great central location. Very easy to check in. Basic, clean and modern amenities, no frills which is perfect for us. Breakfast was super basic so you won’t necessarily be able to fill up for the day but that’s ok as Madrid is relatively cheap. Excellent experience.

Liberated in Madrid

The entire process was great. I made a mistake and had to modify the reservation and calling customer service prior to the stay was easy and they were able to change the reservation. During our stay, we needed some extra pillows and they were able to accommodate that. The only issues were related to the fact that the unit was a split level loft apartment. This meant that the air conditioning wasn’t able to cool the loft as well as the lower level. Also, the steps are incredibly narrow and short and would not be suitable for older people or people with balance issues.

The Libere Madrid Palacio Real is in a fantastic location. Sometimes it is hard to tell on a map of an unfamiliar city but it really is within blocks of all the attractions and public transportation. The room is very simply furnished primarily with IKEA style furnishings. The bed was comfortable. The room had a small kitchen that had a refrigerator, microwave, and minimal supplies such as Nespresso coffee supplies. I bought some creamer for my morning coffee. We slept with the window open which had this unfortunate result: people are up all hours in this area so there was constant voices and some music until the early morning hours. I slept fine only because I had jet lag from arriving that morning in Madrid. I never saw or met any staff. This is a very self service hotel. There are large lockers in the lobby to store your bags. A large suitcase will fit. Lastly, I did find a hair in the shower when we first arrived but otherwise the room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Líbere. The studio was very nice. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The area is magnificent, right in the centre of Madrid. Full of restaurants, bars, shops, tourist attractions. We loved it.

A nice place to stay in Madrid city center

Stayed for 4 nights. Overall, this is a good property to stay in Madrid. Its location is excellent for exploring the city. The property is very efficiently run and the staff at the dining room are very friendly. Due to the lack of visible staff at the check-in area, I had a terrible time to deal with a few unexpected problems.

It was our first time in Madrid and this property is conveniently located to all the main sights in Madrid. Everything is walkable and there are so many restaurant options. We got a lower level unit close to the street, and it wasn’t all that quiet at night. Ear plugs are a must. We also like to keep the room cool and the AC wasn’t working - just the heater. I would however stay here again because of the location.
