"The room was beyond basic there was no chair, instead a small stool, the bathroom lack total privacy. There was no ice in the hotel also the room was very small. The location of the hotel was perfect to get back and fourth to downtown Madrid."

"Be mindful of the airport shuttle hours. They and at 2100 and only run every hour. Taxi was 22€. Also, shuttle only holds 20 passengers and fills up. If you need to make it to airport for flight keep this in mind. Had pizza from restaurant. Was very good."

"This is my first time in a Hostal/Private Room. Everything was fine, except for the A/C it didn’t work apparently because of the change of the season; they expected cold weather. This place had the advantage of a nice cafeteria, bar really convenient"

"Excellent experience, we will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Madrid. You could tell that the management pays significant attention to detail - from the Dyson hairdryer to the local lavender candy. The breakfast was a good spread too, highly recommend!"
