"This was our second time at this hotel. The staff was great and helpful. Service is excellent and it is so close to the haram. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options and tasted good. We booked rooms for our family as well and they also enjoyed their stay here."

"The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!"
