Good place to stay, close to the Masjid Al Nabawi.

Good place to stay, close to the Masjid Al Nabawi. Staff are friendly. Only issue was that the carpet in the room was quite old and perhaps needs replacement. Would love to go back.

The hotel is congested n the general bathroom is not clean. No hand wash in the general bathroom. The hotel also claimed to have cancelled my booking bcos it has not been paid for.

Pros of the hotel, Excellent Location to haram, ample shops around and food outlets, Service was good in terms of the reception, special thanks to Mr Marwan for helping with late check out.. Whenever i called for extra towels they provided Cons: The hotel is very worn out, needs some maintenance, the floor carpets need a steam Clean, housekeeping was not good at all, although i kept asking for my room to be cleaned on certain time, was always cleaned at night only.. Also they basically come in, change the sheets, wipe down the bathroom and give new towels, hardly any cleaning of the floors, wiping the dressing table or bedside etc. Another con is the size of the QuadRoom, although 4 beds not much place to do anything else like eat for Example, no chairs or small table besides the dressing table and one chair, which is not enough for a family of 4..also the lifts, only 4 small lifts and Chaos during prayer times.. very slow Wifi although Free Basic hotel, needs some maintenance i Would say, Could be one of the top in Madinah as its location is Perfect

We spent four nights here. It is very close to the Haram which was most important. The rooms were clean service was good and the breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great value for money
