This is the second time we have stayed at Elaf Al Taqwa and again the stay was most comfortable and easy. The hotel staff are super friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel is very close to the haram esp for mens section. The breakfast selection is excellent with a lovely view of the masjid (if you sit on the right table)! Thank you for making our stay feel like home! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The hotel and the food was OK (average). The hotel is well located and the staff is friendly. The big problem was that there is no heating in the hotel and specifically in the rooms. The windows were not closing properly causing the cold coming through the windows, we reported it to the reception but it was not fixed, we have been provided with blankets but it was so cold in the room during the night and morning that my wife was sick (cold /flu). Unfortunately I will not come back to this hotel and do not recommend it especially in winter.

The cleaning staff were amazing ,the location is the best 👌 near everything 2 min walk to the masjid gate 309..everything was perfect except the restaurant the food was not good they could improve it and the bell guy who has big mole on his face tried to make money by saying i will bring taxi for 80ryl to train station but we got one our self that was sitting right in front of the hotel for 50ryl..over all the check in staff was very kind and professional and the cleaning staff was great 👍 👌 thank you for everything
