Best for the location and only location just a minute away from gate 328 which is convenient for elderly and women’s and supermarket in the basement.this hotel definitely needs an upgrade to its furniture and deep hygiene cleaning.

The property is dated. It needs an upgrade. Did not look like a 4 or 5 star hotel as advertised. The good thing was we got a courtesy upgrade to partial haram view room when requested. When we checked in the shower was not working. Had to call maintenance staff and they came and fixed in the second try. The tiles on the bathroom walls were broken and patched,

**Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel** The location was convenient, but unfortunately, the room was extremely disappointing and did not match my expectations of a 5-star hotel. The “Classic Room” advertised on Expedia was misleading. I expected a comfortable room with natural light and at least some kind of view, but the room was very dark, with a “court yard view”. Tinted windows meant that we had to keep the lights on throughout the our 4 night stay. The floor was also uneven, and I tripped several times, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. The king-size bed was essentially two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses were uneven, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room’s décor and furnishings were outdated and in need of renovation. Considering the price I paid and the hotel’s 5-star rating, I expected a much higher standard. The convenient location was a positive, but overall, the room did not provide the quality or comfort I expected for the price.
