Great hotel at the best location opposite to Masjid Nawabi. Close to women prayer section as the hotel is located on the north west corner of the Masjid. Clean hotel with exceptional friendly staff. I felt like staying at home during my visit. Multiple restaurants offering different cuisines with amazing taste. No comparison with amenities and location anyone visiting the Prophet’s mosque

Although hotel is 5 star it is very outdated. When checking in and during our constant stay at the hotel the rooms were damp and the bedsheets felt damp too. Even after complaining and asking for a refund they did not due this for me even though it was affecting triggering asthma. They changed my room but the dampness was still there in all rooms. Good thing about hotel was the view if you book the haram view.

Positives: Location is good, with multiple entrances and exits Staff (especially cleaners) are helpful and polite Rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms (comes with complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) Negatives: Rooms are quite worn out and are a bit dirty (we found a decent amount of dirt on the carpets, but the cleaners cleaned it up promptly when asked) Lifts can get quite busy and take a while to come, a few lifts out of service as well Would be good if they could offer more room amenities, such as: Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, room slippers etc

The thing I liked most about the property was its excellent location. However, one thing that disappointed me was that I tried to contact the property through the messaging system but did not receive any response. As I mentioned earlier, I have another booking for next year, and I sincerely hope that communication and responsiveness can be improved. I would also like to kindly request a room with a view of the Haram and Rawdah, if available. I have appreciated staying at your property and hope to have an even better experience during my next visit, InshaAllah. Your assistance in arranging the requested room and ensuring timely communication would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Great 1. Quick access to Masjid nabawi 2. Excellent breakfast at As salaam restaurant 3. Prompt service 4. Courteous staff and good checkin/checkout experience Good 1. Room in makkah towers was good , clean and spacious Not good and needs improvement 1. Restrooms are moldy 2. General aesthetics, lobby , lifts, rooms, etc are old and lack the luxury experience and value for money provided by other 5 star hotels

The property is dated. It needs an upgrade. Did not look like a 4 or 5 star hotel as advertised. The good thing was we got a courtesy upgrade to partial haram view room when requested. When we checked in the shower was not working. Had to call maintenance staff and they came and fixed in the second try. The tiles on the bathroom walls were broken and patched,
