The outside breakfast area and view to Funchal centre is brilliant. The location is excellent close enough to walk to the promenade and main food and shopping areas. It was great to have access to the parking, but make sure you book this in advance as space is limited and not any other options. Breakfast is brought to your table and the staff are very attentive. Our room was a double which was spacious and had access to a fridge, kettle and microwave. We would definitely book this hotel again if returning to Funchal."

"Fabulous hotel. We splashed out on a sea view suite and it was well worth the extra. The hotel is split either side of a road with a bridge walkway so it made a real difference being on the coast side, overlooking the pool. The room size was generous for two friends sharing. With a lovely kitchenette area that was exceptionally equipped; toaster, fridge, hob, dishwasher, everything you need if you want to do the odd meal in your room…… not that you’d need to. The bar/restaurant on site was good and not over priced, and there were so many great restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was lovely, plenty of shaded spots and easy access directly into the sea. Overall, we had the most wonderful mini break. Definitely worth spending on the suite!!!!"
