"My shower floor would flood and spill out I wasn’t aware you needed to place the card key inside the reader inside the room to turn on the electricity So I call as soon as I check in and say “ excuse I have no electricity in my restroom “, lady on front desk says “we will send someone right away “ An hour goes by and nobody showed up so I call again and exact same thing “we will send someone right away” and again nobody showed up I took a nap and woke up a couple of hrs later to now realize the tv wasn’t turning on nor the lights on the rest of the room so I call a 3rd time and now the lady at the front desk explains to me “ you need to insert your key , blah blah blah “ Ok now I get it but why wouldn’t the person when I first called explain that to me ? No hairdryer in my room and I had to pay for my breakfast because I didn’t ask if it was included since I was as already fed up with the previous issues Nice location super close to my venue that’s the highlight here"

"The hotel is in poor conditions and smells awful, I requested room change twice, once because the room smelled so much like mildew and our other room had something in the bathroom, they gave us a room that shared doors and at the middle of the night someone entered the room in our sleep, the room they gave us flooded when we showered, the hair dryer didn’t work, we asked for help and the staff was so so nice and tried so hard to help but the hotel is just old imo and maybe the owners are not investing enough in upkeep"

"Pedimos el servicio de room service tres veces, y las tres veces excelentes muchachos nos llevaron la comida, muy amables y con mucha educación. La comida riquísima, por eso es mi hotel favorito."

"The main floor and lobby are beautiful, the doorman was a nice touch. Checking was a little slow because there was only one clerk with three people in line. We were given a room on the ninths floor, which had a spectacular view of the Monterrey skyline. The door to our room was an issue, very hard to open and close, it appeared like it was falling off It’s hinges or swollen. We told two different people about it, and we still needed to use our body weight in order to open and close the door. The bathroom had the most issues from the shower not draining to a trickle of hot water from the sink faucet. Overall, it was not a good experience, and we do not plan on staying here again."
