This hotel is amazing!!! Either you are coming for leisure or business, I recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic, being in front of Parque Fundidora. Very centric and very clean!!! Thank you for the service.

Poor communication within the staff! Becareful and make sure if you don’t want someone opening your room door at 8am… make sure to put on the door the “do not disturb tag”. I never thought this people will knock your door at 8am and if you don’t answer they will open it! I asked reception why?. And is because they make sure the rooms are not empty to be cleaned! So disappointed because I wanted to rest! And they wake you up early. Don’t make the same mistake I did and if you’re sleeping in, make sure to put the sign outside so they don’t bother you! I won’t start again here.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Nice clean room. Very helpful staff as I had some documents I needed to print and they helped me out. Free breakfast is a plus. I like how they have a sign in the bathroom that if I needed toothpaste, toothbrush or other toiletries to give the front desk a call. I thought that was pretty great because I have forgotten things like that on past trips. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property was very clean and beautifully maintained throughout. The staff truly stood out — every employee we encountered was helpful, warm, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome at every turn. Our room was kept spotless with daily housekeeping, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and refreshing. We also loved the view from our window — a wonderful bonus that added to the overall ambiance. To top it all off, the included breakfast was outstanding — delicious, well-prepared, and a great way to start each morning. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
