" Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....

"좋았던 점 화장실, 샤워실이 1층, 2층에 각각 2개씩 위치해 있어, 여러명이 사용하기 편하였음. 내부에 세탁기가 있는데, 건조 기능까지 포함되어 있어 유용하였음. 1층에 에어컨 1대, 2층 침실에 에어컨이 2대 설치되어 있어 더운 여름에도 정말 시원하였음. 불편한 점 앞의 좁은 골목과 방음이 잘 되지 않음. 수건 리필과 청소 등의 서비스는 제공되지 않음. 주변 시설 닛포리역에서 도보로 20분. 우구이스다니역에서 도보로 10분 정도로 대중교통 타기에 정말 편한 위치였음. 바로 앞에 편의점과 라이프 슈퍼마켓이 있어 장보기에도 편리함. 기타 입실일 몇일 전에 메일을 통하여 체크인 링크가 전달 되었으며, 모든 절차가 무인으로 진행 되었음. 체크인을 완료하면 도어락 비밀번호를 알려줌. 방 안에서 문을 여는 버튼이 문 오른쪽 벽에 붙어있으니 주의 필요."

"The property felt traditional yet everything was quite modern and comfortable. The kids loved sleeping on the tatami mats with futons. All rooms were air conditioned. The spacious shower and bath room was a win. The room downstairs was handy for the elderly people. Very close to temple, river ferry, underground, ramen shops, convenience stores and the like. Would recommend to any type of group."

"this is my first time in Japan. luckily, I found this neat house in Tokyo, Japan. this Vacation house is a real house, which has everything inside. the location is great, 10 minutes walk from train station, which is very important for a group people without a car in Tokyo. the host , Ashley and her husband , are very nice people, they explain everything to us and prepared everything we may need in the stay. "An Incredibles stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very proficient in English for that matter. They were also very patient with my broken Japanese. I felt right at home even after taking a tumble outside. We went to the front desk upon entry and the staff saw my knee, came back and helped me disinfect and bandage my cut - incredible service. The location is excellent, and the building is beautiful extremely tall."

"This fantastic hotel provides exceptional service and a friendly staff. The full buffet breakfast is an excellent way to begin your day. We also particularly enjoyed the tea time and the tranquil outside areas on the terrace and the third floor. Additionally, there is a currency exchange machine and laundry machines are available."

"I had a great stay at Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku! The room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji (on clear days) and we could also see the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building’s light show at night, which was such a cool bonus. The location is super convenient — really close to metro lines, tons of shopping, and all the nightlife Shinjuku has to offer. It made getting around and exploring Tokyo really easy. Breakfast was excellent with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options. Whether you’re into traditional Japanese breakfast or prefer something more familiar like eggs and toast, they’ve got you covered. The staff were also amazing — really friendly and helpful the whole time. You can tell they take pride in their service. Definitely planning to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo. Highly recommend it! "
