"Lovely hotel built into three adjoining buildings, which required a bit of exploration to find my room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably due to the age of the property and the nature of the building, the walls between rooms are quite thin and I could hear my neighbours moving and talking very clearly. I would still stay here again as it’s very conveniently located for exploring the city and for good public transport access."

"Great full-service hotel in an outstanding location. Every staff person showed complete dedication to making my stay pleasant. Morning breakfast with view of the river was memorable. Facilities are not particularly new, but everything in the room was spotless and worked perfectly."

My room was a bit noisy early in the morning/night due to deliveries to the businesses around. It was ok as it was in Winter, but in warmer times, could be a problem. Breakfast was fine, although quite basic. Hotel is an old building but it was clean. "
