I apologize for the inconvenience due to the shower leakage, please rest assured our maintenance team will check shower drain in your room. Regarding accommodation of the second person in the room, please let me explain, according to the hotel rules, there is additional payment in amount 250 UAH (+ city tax) for accommodating second person in the room, regardless of if the second person is having breakfast or not. Only children up to 7 y.o. are accommodated free of charge with the parent in the same room.
