"We enjoyed our stay at your lovely cottage! We would have been a little more reassured about the location if Google Earth hadn't shown a very cluttered area just in front filled with children's toys, a camper and other items, though! Found it a bit difficult navigating from the parking across the lowly light ground in front (uneven lawn). Otherwise, everything was just perfect. Hosts very responsive. Thank you!"

"Very good, clean, well equipped, quiet. Nice area with easy access to lots of chateaux etc. only suggestion is for better/more indoor seating there is only the sofa, fine for 2 but limited fir 4 people."

"The mill is very nice and special, unfortunately the weather was not so good and therefore we had cold in the house. Only one of five electric heater worked in the sleeping room. In the leaving-room you can only heat by makeing a fire in the fireplace and it takes nearly two hours until is getting slightly warmer in this big room. Unfortunately we could not use the extraordinary terrace because of weather terms. I guess summer times it would be a great place to stay. I booked this big hours...

"Quiet semi rural location in an area close to lots of fun things to do and see. Beds were comfortable, home was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with items for cooking or heating food. Alexandre was very responsive and met us at the property both checking in and leaving. We had a good stay."

"We had an amazing visit to the heart of the Loire Valley. This is a beautifully renovated old building in the quaint old village of Larcay. A 2 minute walk to the river or an amazing little restaurant called Les Planchettes. Easy access to Tours and the many castles and vineyards in the area. It feels like travelling back in time but with all of the modern amenities. Thanks to Sylvain and Adele for everything, including the welcome bottle of delicious Vouvray! Highly recommended."

"I came to Loire Valley to tour the castles of the region with my wife and two other couples. So, why not stay in a castle ourselves? That's exactly what we did. Alexia, one of the hosts, was there to greet us when we arrived. She showed us around the property (including a pool that sadly we didn't have time to enjoy). While the accommodation was not luxurious (we didnt expect so), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alexia provided lots of information about the neighborhood and gave us tips on...

"We stayed in this house for 5 nights. The property is awesome and as advertised. There is a large yard with all the necessary amenities. The property was clean and well stocked. Many activities are within an hour drive. The property is very quite and secluded, ideal for a get away. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back."

"Beautiful place and people. Frederic is a wonderful host. He allowed early check in and attended to all of our needs. There are stairs to the bedrooms, he carried our luggage up and down. The property vastly exceeds the description and certainty our expectations. There are many châteaux and wineries. Frederic helped us with our itinerary. We would very much love to return."
