"Jinal and Shalin's place was the perfect place for our party of six adults. The house was exactly as pictured, and was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen and island were great for preparing meals at home if so desired, with plenty of bowls, plates, cutlery and glasses/mugs. Our hosts were responsive, helpful, gracious and quickly answered any questions we had. Parking was very easy and convenient, the neighborhood was family-oriented, quiet in the evenings and felt very safe. The location was perfect, in close proximity to downtown Victoria and the ferry, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle and noise of a large city. We were close to many regional parks and beaches, grocery stores and great restaurants.We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Island. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!"

"Very central for my needs to access Downtown Victoria in 20 min, Duncan in 30 min and Sooke in 25 min. The suite main windows look out to Tall Pine and Spruce trees right across the street with nature trails within the area of the trees that lead you an a nurturing exploration, as well as it being an amazing place to decompress when you come to the suite... in the suite and walk on the trails ."

"This was our first time staying at a private rental, and we were pleasantly surprised by how simple and well-suited it was to our needs. The suite was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to consider adding a fan to help with air circulation, as it did get quite warm—especially at night."
"The suite was perfect for us. Everything seemed new and very modern. We were visiting family at Royal Bay and location was perfect. Also very close to many restaurants and shopping. But good to know is that there is no ‘live’ TV. YouTube, Netflix and Prime all worked great on a large TV. Owner was very responsive and easy to contact."

"This is a gorgeous property with amazing view of the lake, super fun barge and tiki bar. We all loved the swimming. You could have a wedding or other celebration in the well-kept yard with all the extras. We had a small plumbing problem but were very satisfied with the timeliness of the tap repair. Our host was wonderful! Great place for the whole family!"

"If you are looking for a quality place to stay and this is available. STOP. Book this property. On a quite residential street. The double beds are comfortable. Large spacious kitchen with coffeemaker, hot water pot, micro, air fryer, dishwasher, large refrig with freezer, etc. In living room--large windows, AC, TV, and recliner with vibrate mode. Easy 9 miles driving from Victoria. Highly recommend."
