"The place was super nice, clean and neat, very comfortable and close to a bus station which makes easy to move in the city, super markets and restaurants a very close, minutes away walking.. it is very well located.. The owners were very nice, friendly and gave us instructions about restaurants, different activities and places to go in the city..we had a wonderful time in Firenze!!! I recommed this place!!!"

"The location of the property is amazing. Major attractions are in walking distance. It has parking spot which was a great relief for us. On top of that, the property was so peaceful and comfortable. The best part of our stay was the host. She was super nice and helpful. My wife was not feeling well in the morning and she allowed us to use her space until she gets better. She helped a lot while she was recovering. One of the best stay I have ever had."

"Rooms were nice, clean, quiet, and spacious. Nice location in real Florence neighborhood with good food nearby but also walkable to the river and the major attractions. Enrico, the proprietor, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious."

"Excellent hotel, very spacious room, good breakfast and very attentive and professional staff. 5 stars for sure. It is a little far from the center, 15min walk, but the city is small, so not a big deal. The offer of restaurants around the hotel is limited. All along great experience"

"The apartment was very nice ... however the shower leaked all over floor which attracted ants. They sent someone to fix shower but the silicone did not work and it continued to leak. Also no one came to clean the whole week we were there, when asked we were told it cost extra. Had to ask for clean towels, and toilet paper ran out. And the bed was a bit too hard for my comfort."

"The hotel is located in a convenient place, near by public transportation, if you are in a good shape you can also walk and it is outside the ZTL zone if you are renting a car. Breakfast was really good, we received wine as a welcome and the room was clean, beds confortable and with street view. The only issue the elevator broke the day we left and we had to carry our bags from the 4th floor. "
