Environnement très agréable, jolie propriété avec un chalet très confortable ! Intérieur parfait, fonctionnel très bien équipé. Piscine bien entouré de végétation avec endroit ombragé, nombreuses balades aux alentours, propriétaire charmant, disponible, gentil ..aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Merci

Maison très agréable, fraîche et très bien équipée. Piscine rien que pour nous appréciable après nos sorties pédestres. Environnement de campagne mais Bergerac à quelques mn de voiture avec de bons restaurants. Les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets. Merci à Jean-Claude pour les bons légumes du jardin.

Pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité, cet endroit est fait pour vous ! Nous avons passé deux semaines des plus agréables à Lunas. Il y a une multitude de villages à découvrir en dehors des sites connus et souvent nommés dans les guides tels Lascaux, Monflanquin, Monpazier...Allez jusqu'à Eymet qui n'est qu'à quelques dizaines de kilomètres de Lunas et vous serez ravis. En rentrant de balade, la piscine vous attend... L'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires vous garantiront d'une envie de revenir.

Si vous voulez passer un excellent séjour en Dordogne, le gîte les Sapinettes est l'endroit idéal. La maison est très confortable, très bien entretenue et conforme en tous points à la description qui en est faite. Elle est par ailleurs entourée d'un joli jardin fleuri et paysagé. Dominique et Jean Claude sont des hôtes charmants et très à l'écoute. Nous ne manqueront pas de revenir. Adresse à recommander. Catherine et Manuel

Nous voici malheureusement déjà rentrés. Eh oui les vacances passent trop vite. Cet endroit est vraiment agréable, aucune mauvaise surprise. Toutes les photos reflètent la réalité. Cette maison est vraiment bien équipée on ne manque de rien c'est comme ci on était à la maison. Cadre idéal pour se reposer, c'est la campagne. De plus c'est une belle région qui nous offre plein de choses à découvrir, monuments, château, bastides, gastronomie, et tous les vignobles à proximité. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas nos 15 jours de vacances passées dans cette maison. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et d'une discrétion qu'on oublie parfois qu'ils sont là. Alors si vous cherchez un endroit calme pour passer des vacances allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus. Petit plus également nous avons beaucoup apprécié le repas du soir le jour de notre arrivée, on est loin de retrouver ça ailleurs. Famille lyonnaise : Christophe, Sandrine, Arthur

Si vous voulez vous déconnecter du bruit, de l'agitation en pleine nature: vous êtes arrivés! La location est bien équipée et très soignée! Les photos de l'annonce sont le reflet de la réalité. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et accueillants et restent cependant très discrets. Une documentation importante est disponible. EXCELLENT séjour en compagnie de notre chien!!! A et J

Accueil très chaleureux. Piscine agréable surtout avec les enfants. Location charmante, propre et très bien équipée : juste à poser ses valises ! Les propriétaires sont de bons conseils et il n'y a plus qu'à découvrir la Dordogne... Et encore merci pour votre accueil.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable cet été à Lunas. La maison est très bien équipée avec deux belles chambres, un espace salon cuisine spacieux et une belle terrasse où il fait bon prendre le soleil. Les propriétaires sont gentils et très discrets. La région est calme avec à quelques kilomètres de belles choses à visiter.

Trés bons souvenirs de ces 2 semaines de vacance dans cette belle région du Périgord. Les propiétaires sont charmants, toujours bien attentionnés et de bon conseil. Nous avons séjournés dans cette belle maison en bois entourée d'un vaste terrain qui a permit à nos 2 enfants et notre chien de se dépenser et de s'amuser. Vacances trés agréables.

habitat agréable mais manque d'intimité - passage proprios - de véhicules sur la départementale située à 30m - animaux admis mais super dangereux vu la route car pad de clôtures - piscine trop loin du chalet et devant terrasse maison proprios qui est mitoyenne et pas mentionée -- éventuellement point de support dans la douche - ni pour les flacons - réseau gsm pratiquement impossible - internet assez complique pour l'avoir - la piscine est peu profonde et égale - peu d'explications sur les marchés avoisinnants et grandes surfaces de la part de proprios
