"Breakfast was very good The new bed was great The new TV was great The closet was awful One day the room wasn’t serviced at all and when we spoke to the front desk , which was after 5 pm, they had no one to clean it. Unacceptable "

"We stayed 3 nights and our room was never made up. We had to ask for towels, coffee, coffee cups and water each evening when we returned to our room. The used towels were never removed throughout our entire stay. We were told it was because we were in our room...we were gone from 11am to 9pm daily. "

"The hotel and the room are beautiful. So many little details to make your stay more comfortable. My only complaint would be the shower. There is no way to take a shower without getting the floor wet. I like the design of the shower, but the opening needs to be smaller. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with the all-suites hotel. The room was spacious and well arranged. The breakfast was delicious. With the bad weather, we weren't able to use the pool, but it looked nice. The courtyard was lovely for breakfast, conversations, or BYOB. The hotel is close to the Convention Hall, but walkable to the French Quarter for those that are used to walking. Note that the valet parking lot is not covered."
