Casa Florian in the historic center

Casa Florian is a beautiful, newly renovated three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Lucca’s Old Town, within its historic walls mura.In winter, a heating fee of 8 euros per day will be charged, payable in cash upon arrival. In front of the apartment’s entrance door, there is a small balcony with a table where you can sit and admire the colours of the sunset.



This beautiful property is located on the third floor (50 steps) of an historic building in the centre of Lucca, with no lift. Right outside the apartment’s front door is a small balcony with a table where you can sit and admire the colours of the sunset. The apartment features a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen where you can comfortably prepare your meals, a dining table, and a living room with armchairs and a sofa. There are two spacious double bedrooms with particularly large beds—one room features a generous French bed. All beds and mattresses are new. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk. The Wi-Fi is a fixed-line fibre connection. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a separate bathroom with a sink and toilet. Heating is available for 8 hours a day. We’ll share with you a great list of things to do in Lucca and the surrounding area, the addresses of our favourite restaurants, and the most exciting experiences. We also partner with professionals who can offer you a variety of services: cooking classes, a certified tour guide, a professional massage therapist, and a licensed driver.
