"This was my second stay at this hotel, so clearly I was prepared to stay again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, a real asset. Breakfast is good. Hotel is in a good location and has parking included. Very short walk to the city walls. Reception closes at 6.30pm, and we arrived at 7.30pm. Hotel contacted me with late check-in info on day of arrival, all very easy. The hotel was a great base for us for 4 nights."
"Wonderful stay in a charming city. We enjoyed how nice and convenient this hotel was. They even provided a very thoughtful surprise when they discovered it was my birthday! A really great choice in the wonderful town of Lucca!"
