"The Hotel is very impressive. Room was lovely and staff friendly. I liked the bar too. Barman was young and very engaging and helpful. Only thing (which actually I find in alot of hotels), is the invasive sound of a boiler room/ air conditioning/ fan whatever it was from in the hotel somewhere that made it difficult for me to get off to sleep."

The food options for the restaurant are mostly available as room service and the quality is no less if you decide to dine in the extreme comfort of your room. The Spa is definitely worth a visit, my massage was muscle melting and I will definitely be staying here again. "

"Enjoyed a one night stay with a friend, staff were friendly and helpful, the location is good about 20min drive from Bristol centre, very close to Cribbs which has lots of shops and restaurants. The diner is lovely for breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and modern with nice extras like hair straighteners and nice coffee. Would stay again and recommend others visit too. Price very reasonable also for a Saturday. "
