"This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this house. Nita is a great host. Great location, close to all the attractions, well stocked kitchen and any problem that may arise she goes far and beyond to take care of it. I highly recommend this place!"

"Three families traveled to Memphis for a soccer tournament and we wanted to stay near the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. We chose Summer’s place because it had room for 7 kids and 4 adults and was 6 minutes away from the fields. The good: the home is in a super quiet neighborhood that felt safe. There were plenty of televisions, a great living room lounging space, several areas to sit and eat meals, and the room with four beds was a great spot for kids. There was a foosball table that was popular. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, which we did. The washer and dryer was helpful, internet was great, water pressure in showers was great, price was good - all in all a good place for what we needed. Nothing is super modern so if you’re looking for top of the line luxury, this is not your place. We were comfortable and happy and enjoyed our stay. "
