"Well curated space perfect for a pet. There were some things we could be nitpicky about but overall it was a very nice space. We especially liked the amount of household items like coffee and trash bags around that made the space easily workable. "

"Three families traveled to Memphis for a soccer tournament and we wanted to stay near the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. We chose Summer’s place because it had room for 7 kids and 4 adults and was 6 minutes away from the fields. The good: the home is in a super quiet neighborhood that felt safe. There were plenty of televisions, a great living room lounging space, several areas to sit and eat meals, and the room with four beds was a great spot for kids. There was a foosball table that was popular. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, which we did. The washer and dryer was helpful, internet was great, water pressure in showers was great, price was good - all in all a good place for what we needed. Nothing is super modern so if you’re looking for top of the line luxury, this is not your place. We were comfortable and happy and enjoyed our stay. "
