Beautiful resort. But housekeeping needs work. Went 2 days without housekeeping. Front desk was responsive to our needs and we spoke to management who appreciated feedback. Would be great if the pools stayed open past dusk.

It was sublime.....bungalow on the beach was perfect. The only thing was no room service came to clean up...trays were left outside the doors for the whole time we were there. So odd. But everything else was perfect. I love the Cheeca Lodg
