"Got locked out of our room for hours! The inside lock somehow latched and the front desk person had to eventually use a hammer and screw driver to pry open the door. Which left us in an insecure room. 2 other families were also locked out of their rooms on our floor. Not a safe feeling. "

"The property is newly renovated and just beautiful. My room was sooo clean and the king size bed very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and a really great shower. The front desk staff warm and welcoming and so was the housekeeping staff. It was sooo nice having a normal size refrigerator!"

"The hotel looked nice, but when we got there every amenity was closed from the pool, spa, and resteraunt. Our spa appointments were canceled days away from our stay due to the masseuse leaving for the weekend. Our room was stated to have a hot tub, but it was just a bathtub with jets, and there was hair in the tub and stains on the curtain. Debris also came out when we turned on the tub faucet. The sink would also not stop dripping. Additionally, there were hornets in the room and the AC did not seem to turn on and stayed at 77-79 degrees. The TV also had issues staying on until we move it a certain way. The staff were friendly however! We just wish the room was as advertised and the features of the hotel were usable "

"Breakfast is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful desk staff and kitchen staff. Front desk clerk Stephanie was wonderful to our children. Hot water was out for 2 days during our stay over the Easter holiday, otherwise this would be full 5 stars. They seemed to fix it promptly on the next weekday."

"Clean, comfy beds, easy parking, nice kitchen and dining room. Once we figured out the heat, was much more comfortable. The bathroom was nice. Only issue, the smoke detector would go off every time someone came out of the shower. The smoke detector’s location (close to the bathroom door), would catch the steam post shower. The bedroom TVs need to be set up to connect to the WiFi. We tried several times and it would not connect. All in all nice place to stay for a weekend visiting our daughter at UML. "
