"Upon arrival the property had no electricity it had been off for a couple hours they did not know when it was gonna come back they couldn’t check us in now they’re trying to charge me for the rooms. I booked this place because of the good reviews and the pricing was great we had to drive 28 miles out of our way to find another hotel that’s comparable and this morning this property is still trying to charge me for rooms that we couldn’t stand in"

"Plenty of parking at this location. The view from the west side of the hotel is gorgeous. They staff worked with me on check in times as i was a little out of the stipulated 3:00PM. They had a little panty you could buy some very basic food items (soups and stuff and water and softdrinks. They offered Breakfast from 0600 to 0900 and it was the same sort of continental breakfast you get at other places...neither bad nor good. Coffee was NOT good (LOL) but at hotels it's a rare find. The staff were very nice and very accomodating."

"Clean room, good breakfast options, good location for quietness. Only thing we had issue with was two people smoking pot on the SE parking lot entrance on the sidewalk the whole outside area stunk as we tried to get from car to entrance…I know CO is okay with marijuana but a business such as yours may want to rethink allowing pot smoking on premises (cannot stand the smell of that nasty stuff, I’ll stay apolitical on any further comments). We have stayed at your Residence Inn in the fall of 2025 and never had issues concerning folks smoking pot on property. on"

"Staff was great"

"We were really looking forward to the hot tub, since I was going to have major back surgery the next morning. We changed into our swim suits, and went down to it. It was not working, and colder than the swimming pool! The girl at the front desk was too busy texting on her phone to look up at us for more than a second. As we were checking in, I specifically asked where the hot tub was, and how I was looking forward to using it. She pointed us in the direction the hot tub was, and did not tell us it wasn't working. Any other time we saw her she was on her phone the whe time."

"Loved the lobby and fountain area. Tha central atrium was awesome. Loved the breakfast and happy hour drinks that were offered. We would stay there again next time we visit our family on Windsor"
