"Truly the worst service you can imagine. Like I thought it was a joke that they were being as rude and unaccomodating as possible. Broken items in rooms. Room service never came. "

Also, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work. There’s no power to the unit. The water in the sink came out extremely hot and would take a while to cool down to normal temperature. Got a deal on the booking so I got what I paid for but for a downtown spot the theme in the decorations were okay. Not Hilton or Doubletree usual work."

"The property itself wasn't very clean. The trash cans that they had outside were overflowing. The rooms are outdated along with the linen. There's cigarette Burns in the comforter, food was stuck in the remote from the previous guest. That was beyond disgusting. They have an oval toilet which I have at home with the round seat and lid which does not make any sense. Never seen something like that. It's very odd. There is a little peephole in the corner of the shower by the shower head. It's about a 2-in diameter screened hole. My wife and I saw that and thought that was extremely unusual, especially where it was placed. The elevator had graffiti on the stainless portions that had not been removed. The staff was very kind and that's the only plus for this particular location. Extremely disappointed on the condition of this hotel. Clearly the owner or property manager does not put any money into it."
