The 2 1/2 holiday apartment "Maravista" in the north of Tenerife is located in the idyllic village of Los Silos. The 45sqm apartment has a bedroom, a living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/bathtub and is designed for two people. The spacious balcony offers a direct and unobstructed view of the mountain range and the sea and invites you to linger and enjoy. The neighboring towns of "Buenavista del Norte" and "Garrachicco" are ideal for leisurely walks, explorations and hikes. The Teno Mountains with the attraction "Masca" are just a few minutes' drive away and offer a variety of opportunities for hiking and exploring. Puerto de La Cruz is about a 40-minute drive away and is also very easy to reach by public transport. Here you can go for a stroll in the evening and enjoy the amenities of a modern tourist center.

Great Spot

Lovely place with everything you need there. No AC but opening windows and doors made it perfect. Communication with the host was very easy. Only thing was the floor felt a little dirty when we got there, I wanted to keep my shoes on. Other than that, lovely view, great set up, and I recommend.

Even though we arrived at the place in the middle of the night due to a delayed flight, thanks to the instructions and photos sent via WhatsApp we quickly found it without any problem. The apartment is charming and we felt at home there throughout our stay (we have a similar sofa :-) Completely different from hotels that all look similar.I was surprised by the apartment's amenities; it had everything you could need—cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, an iron (!), shopping bags, and cooking utensils. I never once thought I'd wish there was something...We slept very comfortably, the sound of the ocean waves lulled us to sleep, and one of the best things about it was having morning coffee on the terrace and watching the surfers on the nearby beach. My children really appreciated the good internet connection. The microwave oven was very useful for us because after a long day of driving and sightseeing or swimming in the ocean, we didn't have much energy or time to prepare fancy meals, so the microwave really did save the day. We regularly used the dishwasher, coffee maker, and a few times the washing machine. Everything worked flawlessly. Our two-week stay in Tenerife was truly fantastic. We'd love to return. We highly recommend staying at the Relax Penthouse to anyone looking to explore the island and enjoy a peaceful retreat away from the main tourist hubs. When choosing this place, I was guided by the reviews of previous users and I was not disappointed.

Last building in the village, awesome view, good exposure (sunrise until 6PM in april), quiet spot, the apartment is pleasant and comfy, 2 nice "charcos" accessible by foot... no need to look elsewhere, perfect place to be.The owner, Christian, will do everything to make you feel welcome.Just go there!Dernier immeuble du village, la vue est imprenable, l'exposition au soleil est correcte (du lever à 18h en avril), au calme, l'appartement est agréable et confortable, 2 "charcos" accessibles à pieds... inutile de chercher ailleurs, c'est le meilleur endroit où loger sur l'île.Le propriétaire, Christian, fera tout son possible pour que vous vous sentiez les bienvenus.Foncez !

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben das Apartment auf Teneriffa mit Blick auf das Meer geliebt! Die Lage war perfekt, direkt am Meer, ruhig und mit leisem Meeresrauschen in einer sehr gepflegten Appartmentanlage. In der Nähe gab es nette Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften.Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit einer vollständig ausgestatteten Küche, einem bequemen Schlafzimmer und einem großen Balkon mit atemberaubendem Meerblick und tollem Blick auf die Berge. Umwerfend war Abends/Nachts auf dem Balkon auch der klare Sternenhimmel und die entfernten Lichter in den Dörfern in den Bergen. Voll romantisch!Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat uns alle Informationen und Tipps gegeben, die wir benötigt haben.Wir können dieses Apartment auf Teneriffa mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge nur empfehlen! Schönes Apartment

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Leider waren es nur 3 Tage, aber auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Gerne wieder.
