Pros: the place is close to public transportation with a bus stop at 1mn of the building bringing you directly to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España and a metro station at a 10mn walk. "The service on this hotel was like no other. Everybody was extremely friendly and attentive. All our needs were addressed. Extremely clean and the proximity to all the places was outstanding.
