So this little hotel is cute and friendly. They went over a couple of things that were still in the works. But clean, close to a cute coffee shop, restaurant and a sweet organic market.

It's just OK. Pricy for what you get.

Check in was ok. Room was ok. Mostly quiet. There was no water bottle in room, no coffee or tea or machine to make it with. Smoke detector missing, towels quite used and it took 2 of them to dry me off as they are quite thin. Bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean.

This place was an average stay, not the cleanest or quietest, but for the price, I guess it was just right. The toilet in my room had a broken flapper, and the water to it was turned off. Good thing I know how to turn the water on myself, and then I just had to adjust the flapper after each flush. The fridge in the room was not plugged in and looked dirty. Linenes were clean and in good condition. There is a Trader Joe's up the street, and SteelCraft a few blocks south that had both great dinner and breakfast options. If you are looking for a place just to put your head down for the night and don't want to break the bank, this place will do.

Basic hotel a few steps up from a Motel Six without a big jump in price. Has a fridge, can watch youtube and log into streaming apps on TV, I brought my own blanket and recommend you do the same. Overall would stay again.

For the price it was ok. Cons: cigarette burn on bed, bed was hard, towles were thin and horrible to use. Pros: free parking, close to most things, quick check-in. Overall book if you need it but not good for more then 1 night.

No closet, no internet connection, wi-fi access difficult to find; poor sound insulation: neighboring conversations and dog barking were an annoyance; no privacy curtains: requires keeping drapes closed for privacy; hard, uncomfortable pillows; only basic, primitive lighting. noisy heater.

I had a room near the office. I heard the manager tell someone the rooms were $95 per night - I paid a lot more via Expedia. The place needs to be refurbished or even repainted and cleaned up. Toilet paper roll was nearly gone upon checkin. But they gave me a new roll on day 2. I was glad I brought a sanitizing spray can with me to clean the room of germs. Room had microwave and fridge but no ice and no coffee.

The towels in the sheets have permanent stains on it the room had little teddy marks kind of every all over the place it was not thoroughly clean and I got a non-smoking room and you smell like stale cigarettes so I left and went to the store air freshener stop me some sheets and Mortals not a very good experience at all I didn't realize that people was mostly living out of those Hotel I wouldn't advise it to two people that have families are business people this is not a very good hotel for that it reminds me of someone going out and hitting a one night stand

Fine budget option.

Could be cleaner, but nothing was gross. Shower sink and toilet were clean, new trash bags. Some graffiti in the room. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a dusting. Service was quick and convenient. Price was outstanding.

I wouldn’t go back

Bed was very uncomfortable, the faucet for the sink was very loose so you would have to hold it still to turn on the water and off, it just feels run down. I actually checked out early and went to another by 8pm. From the photos the place looks decent… but in person…. I was catfished 😂

Trashy Hotel

The upkeep of this place is horrible. You can tell they tried to give the room a modern look but everything still looks gross and dirty. You can hear everything going on outside. The parking is great, that was the only good thing. Definitely not worth $100 a night. There's way nicer places in this price range. This place has "Seedy" motel vibes.
