Very bad neighborhood and we did not feel safe. Basic amenities were missing in the room (towels, soap). Sheets were dirty and the service was not friendly. Room was supposed to come with free breakfast which we DID NOT receive and were told that the hotel does not provide. Very disappointed in our stay there. Would not return.

I booked this hotel because it said it included breakfast but when I got there, they said they are still not serving breakfast because of Covid. I don’t mind that but don’t put on the website that you will be offering it when you don’t.
