It’s light and airy with dramatic high ceilings, large windows, French doors, hardwood floors and an open kitchen. Enjoy stunning mountain views from large decks & our garden sanctuary. The house is 2400 square feet, which is one of the largest in the neighborhood. ALL GREEN & ORGANIC non-toxic cleaning products, toiletries, coffee/tea station, USB charges & make-up cloths just for YOU! No parties. Please read House Rules before booking.

The mountains of Malibu are home to critters such as but not limited to deer, squirrels, rodents, insects, reptiles, etc. NO refunds for the above.
Quiet hours are 9PM-8AM. Please hang inside during these hours to avoid noise echoing in the mountains.
Please keep shoes off inside. No renters under 25. No parties, events or gatherings. No pets. NO LOUD MUSIC. No more than 6 cars.
