Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent, or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Regular showings are scheduled every Sunday and Tuesday. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time whenever possible.

Please note that we, as the host, are the merchant of record for this reservation—not VRBO. This means that all booking payments are processed directly through us.

To complete your payment, we require a credit card authorization form, which is not an actual charge but serves as confirmation that you authorize us to process the transaction. A separate payment link will be provided for the actual payment. Please also note that all payments processed directly by The Maimon Group are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
