2 bedroom suite. Private duplex. All amenities are private and not shared.
Giant master overlooking the pool and city. Very quiet neighborhood. Outstanding value with pool and jacuzzi!! Fully equipped gym room in garage. Full kitchen. and Dining area. Well behaved pets welcome. Parking in driveway and street. Close to LA, Ventura, Simi Valley and Malibu. This is a stylish luxury hotel type suite that is considered the best in the area.

After 3 guests there is an extra 20 dollars per person per day up to a total of 7 staying the night. 8 can be accommodated with request for approval.
Pool can be heated to 81 toasty degrees upon arrival for 100$ with 24 hours notice.

Spectacular Experience

Staying here was fun and relaxing. Mike made made the experience pleasant and comfortable. The place is very clean, breathtakingly beautiful, and tastefully decorated. It was welcoming overall!

Host canceled booking last minute

I received a message from the host, Mike, saying that the property was no longer available because 'something came up'. I was unable to cancel the booking through the app or the website for a refund. I called and waited for 45 minutes on hold with VRBO and gave up and called my credit card to dispute the transaction. Mike later text me following the missed booking that I still needed to call VRBO to get a refund. I asked why he was not able to cancel it on his end and he said it was for the same reason I had of not wanting to wait endlessly on hold.
