  • Located in Thousand Oaks, this house is a dream. With 3 cozy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, guests can relax and unwind in this perfect retreat. AC and WiFi are available for your convenience. Enjoy all that Thousand Oaks has to offer when you stay at our place. Enjoy the fire pit at night and a huge 9ft island to hose dinner! The space has been curated and decorated with charm and attention to detail. Huge soaker tub in master as well as beautiful shower design and open concept floor plan. all parties, events and gatherings are to be disclosed and approved by owner beforehand. If any rules are broken or violated with the party policy and guest size of attendance to property will result in an immediate cancellation and a nonrefundable additional $500 fee on top of the canceled reservation and nonrefundable reservation cancellation
