THE SPACE Our beautifully designed home features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a spacious dining area. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and king sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a quiet outlook. The highlight is the rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views & outdoor seating, perfect for watching the sunset. Enjoy easy access to local cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. The house is a 15-minute drive from LAX and provides convenient access to all of Los Angeles' attractions. HOUSE RULES Check-in after 3:00 PM Checkout before 11:00 AM No smoking No parties or events Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM The garage will only fit a small sedan. Any other vehicle will need to find street parking. There is no need parking in the back alley.
