Wonderful place, would stay again!

Nice place!

This was a very nice place to stay. It was in a quiet neighborhood & we had no issues whatsoever. I recommend booking this place if you are in the Pasadena/LA area!

Great place!

This was mine and my family’s second time staying here, and everything was great once again. Host is very good with communicating/explaining check in instructions. The kitchen was equipped with things for cooking and coffee which was nice, and overall the entire place was cozy and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Pasadena at New Years

Great location for all things Rose Parade related. Comfortable bed and living space. I recommend to walk to Eaton canyon for a wonderful hike complete with waterfalls. Parking was tight even with a small car.

Perfect sized space for family stay

We enjoyed our visit and found the place to be a nice size for our family of 4. The neighborhood is lovely and so convenient to so many stores. Very easy to get around. The owner provided good instructions and the process was very easy.

Great location

This unit had ample space for 2 people and could definitely hold more, plenty of spaces to work remotely and the neighborhood is idyllic with lush trees and birds. We needed to wash some dishes before using them but that was likely due to the previous guests. Overall, James was a phenomenal host and I'd definitely book again

A Great Little House!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was really lovely, and it felt very homey and comfortable. We all had a nice bed to sleep in, and the living room area was nice and relaxing. We would stay here again! We did need to re-wash the dishes before using them, but I suspect that was from previous tenants not cleaning them well and putting them away still wet. Overall, it was great!

Great Value Stay

Host was wonderfully communicative! Great space for a reasonable price. We had a larger car so we chose to pay for street parking (our choice) and we were provided all the information needed in advance. Quiet neighborhood close to lots of activities. We brought our own infant gear and it worked great in the space!

Good location, covers the basics

Stayed here for a month while doing research at the Huntington. Very close to stores, around the corner from a park, very quiet neighborhood good for evening walks. Stayed here for several weeks with 1 child, then husband and other child arrived for the last week. Definitely enough space for two of us, got a little tight with four of us but for a week that was fine. Laundry on site which was a huge plus for us. Would stay there again for a similar kind of visit.

Our stay in Pasadena was just wonderful. Mr. Chan was an impeccable host—answering our questions right away and taking care of anything we needed very quickly. The house is in one of the quietest neighborhoods we’ve ever stayed in. The house was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning service once a week, which included a change of sheets and towels, was a special treat. The house was roomy and comfortably furnished. We hope to be able stay there any time we come to LA.

Well-located on a beautiful quiet street in a lovely area of Pasadena. Apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large park just a block away gave our 4 yr old grandson plenty of room to run around when he came to visit us.

Perfect Stay
