Premium High Tech Malibu Road Beach House 5 Stars

  • Premium Malibu Road beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath Unit. Owners unit created by a Silicon Valley Tech CEO. This space is premium with high end appliances and materials. Subzero fridge, wolf stove, 4K OLED Tv, electric fireplaces, real wood floors, heated bathroom floors, steam shower, rain shower, huge counters, LED glass vanities, Alexa voice activated lighting throughout, premium bedding, 3 independent zone AC/heat controls. Unit is 2 bed 2 bath, but includes a bonus office that we can put an air bed inside as a 3rd. Private entry and private stairs to the beach solely for this unit.

    One of the only spaces on Malibu Road with AIR CONDITIONING! Don't rent other spaces they just give you a fan! 2 sets of side loaded washers dryers inside the unit!

    I have a full time host who runs all my properties. He lives very close and is available 24/7.

    Dedicated on site parking for 1 car is included.

Fabulous Stay

The property was exactly how the how the owner portrayed it. The manager was very responsive to some minor issues. Overall, it was a great stay for me and my wife. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Beachfront condo perfect for remote work

My husband and I worked remotely at this condo for a week. The set up was great with two desks and you could always hear the ocean. The place couldn’t get any closer to the beach and it felt safe and quiet. The communication with the owner was great and check in was a breeze. We had fun trying out the high end appliances, but the kitchen could use some improvements as far as a full set of forks, knives, spoons (I think there was only one teaspoon) and some more glassware but we managed with running the dishwasher extra.

Perfect location, modern, clean 2 BD

My husband and 11 month old daughter stayed at this property for 2 full weeks. We originally booked it for one week, but it was so perfect that we extended our stay. It's clean, spacious and the location is perfect -- one quiet Malibu Road (vs PCH) and just a few minutes from the Malibu Country Mart, Ralphs shopping center, etc. There is also a vacant lot next door, so you never have to worry about high tide and not having a sliver of sandy beach right in front of your doorstep. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful place, unforgettable!

Our family and our yellow lab had a wonderful time at this property! The beach is private, neighbors very friendly and the hostess Waverly is phenomenal. She greeted us the first day and showed us around, so very sweet and helpful, she treated us like family. Even our dog Lucky loved her! The photos posted don't do this property justice. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable in every way. We can't wait to come back!!

Gorgeous unit and super helpful owner and staff

Property is top notch. Super modern and clean and comfy. Location and views can't be beat. You basically have your own beach area and owner provides chairs towels boogie boards etc. Owner also has a property manager nearby to help with anything and provide recommendations. You hear the surf all day and we loved hanging on deck. The second bedroom is like it's own suite. Has entrance and fridge, TV, even fireplace. Very private. We also enjoyed high tech features including large tv in living room. We slept like it was our own home. High end bedding and beds. Well equipped kitchen. 2 sets washer dryer and plenty of supplies like detergent. Definitely the most well stocked house I've rented. Owner even has Keurig with many assorted pods for morning coffee. Owner is super responsive and was pleasure to deal with. We had a super relaxing time. A plus !!
