  • This home you will find in a nice and safe community close to various convenient locations. This listing is in a small community called Del Aire. If you are flying in from LAX don't forget to take advantage of the FREE shuttle bus that will literally drop you off around the corner from this Pleasant and Peaceful Home. You will enjoy this gateway and knowing that you will be close to various locations for sightseeing, restaurants, beaches, Downtown LA, Downtown Long Beach, So-Fi stadium, Kia Forum, YouTube Theater and amusement parks, and many others not mentioned. This house is an open floor plan from the living room to the kitchen. In this home you will find two bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms with shower and bathtub. In each room you will find a queen size bed with a twin bed. One of the rooms is a Master bedroom with its own private bathroom. The other full size bathroom is located in the hallway. In the livingroom you will is a flat screen TV with a Ruko connection to see shows or movies on NetFlex, some minor renovations the kitchen with fully equipped kitchen amenities. Convenient Location

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Here is the good and the bad. Good: The Owner was very easy to deal with, quick communication. The property was conveniently located. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Bad: cleaning could have been better - it was surface cleaned good but a few issues we had were the floor was filthy, making our feet and socks black, one of the cabinets in the kitchen smelled, the refrigerator smelled, the backyard could be tidied up, there was only slightly warm water in the master bath shower and there was a smell in the small room in the master bedroom. Of course, most of these cleaning issues could be taken care of quickly and it wouldn't stop me from renting again. It would have been great to have some cleaning supplies and vacuum or mop.

house was nice and looked like the pictures inside, outside backyard area was a bit dusty but overall nice place for our stay
